Instructor Diane Campbell will walk you through the process of opening your body’s seven main chakras (energy centers). The tones, vibrations, and frequencies have many benefits including deep relaxation, self-healing, and mental clarity.

Join Miss Jen for a bilingual storytime conducted in both English and Spanish! In this entertaining program series, you will learn basic Spanish words and phrases and hear some interactive stories.
